THE ROLE

Effectively managing all small and medium events, you will be responsible for supervising the operational team and running both indoor and outdoor projects.

Within this broad role, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing key accounts and developing existing client relationships
* Operational responsibility for small and medium corporate event projects
* Event documentation, negotiating contracts, budget management
* Health and safety, security and traffic management
* Representing the venue and delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Delivering event briefings and planning meetings when required
* Giving operational direction to event staff and creating rotas
* Enhancing and developing internal systems and processes

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will have a solid background in a hospitality or events role, ideally in a medium or large venue. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience and be confident in building relationships with clients and internal teams. The candidate must be flexible and willing to work weekends and be willing to take a hands-on approach. What is most important is that candidates have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail and "can do" attitude.
