They are now looking for an Operations & Fleet Supervisor to join the team and take responsibility for managing the build of temporary structures for prestigious clients. This will be a hands-on role, and will also involve taking responsibility for overseeing onsite teams.
The range of duties will include:
- Leading, mentoring and managing large onsite teams
- Organising the logstics of each project
- Liaising with clients onsite
- Hands on building of temporary structures
- Travelling to site to lead in the build of structures
- Managing operational responsibilities of projects day to day
- Continually seeking potential opportunities for new clients
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of operations and logistics, and will also be experienced in liaising with clients as well as having the ability to manage large onsite teams. The ability to drive is essential, and any experience working with temporary structures would be beneficial.
