THE ROLE
This agency are now looking for an Event Production Assistant to join their team where you will support on the smooth delivery of events from initial brief through to delivery. This is a busy and fast paced environment where no two days will be the same!

Key responsibilities include;

• Supporting the Production, Events and Operations teams
• Supporting on large-scale events as well and taking responsibility for smaller events
• Working on client briefs and providing ideas
• Updating production schedule
• Sourcing venues
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Liaising with external suppliers
• Sourcing and booking freelancers
• Attending events and providing support on-site

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Event Production Assistant role, we are looking for bright and ambitious individuals who come with experience within the events industry, either from within an events agency or a production agency.
