Going from strength to strength, this event production agency have become known for producing and delivering high quality events including conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies and product launches throughout the UK and overseas.

With this they have established a fantastic client base of global brands within the media, publishing and financial sectors.

 The Role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Production Manager to join their growing events team. Working alongside account directors you will be responsible for providing event solutions for their full lists of projects; managing key creative, technical and logistical elements.

This is a broad role where the Event Production Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including; 

 

  • Client liaison

  • Part of initial creative brief

  • Technical specifications

  • Supplier selection and management

  • Site visits

  • All pre-production planning

  •  Budget management

  • On site management

 

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Production Manager  for either an exhibition design agency or an event agency delivering exhibition and tradeshow stand projects.

The ideal candidate must have 5 years in a production based role in the events industry, ideally from within a production agency or AV company. 

Able to commute into central London at least 3 days in the office and when required for events and experience working with technical specifications (Sound, Lighting, Video, Rigging, Carpentry etc)

Being able to work across a broad spectrum of events from brief to delivery is essential as is the ability to manage costings effectively and work towards strict deadlines.
