The Role

The Event Production Planner sits at the operational heart of the venue, coordinating logistics, scheduling and production delivery across a concurrent programme of events.

– Plan and coordinate logistics and scheduling across multiple events simultaneously

– Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to confirm operational requirements

– Produce detailed production schedules and event documentation

– Manage on-site delivery, troubleshooting issues as they arise

– Ensure all events run to time, brief and budget

– Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle

The Candidate

You have a background in event planning or production and are ready to step into a role where an Event Production Planner owns logistics directly and the events carry real profile. Strong scheduling, precise coordination and confident stakeholder communication are the foundations this role is built on.
