THE ROLE
Due to the successful win of a large scale project, they are looking for an MS Projects Scheduler to join the team on a contract basis from July 2021 to August 2022 to deliver a multimillion pound project. Responsible for supporting the delivery team with objectives and timelines, this will be a fast paced role creating and analysing project schedules and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Create, monitor, and analyse project schedules using MS Projects software
• Track, analyse, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports
• Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues
• Monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution
• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
• Integrate MS Project into the existing delivery process
• Produce and deliver reporting information to the Project Director

THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have experience using MS Projects software and ideally an understanding of the event/construction industry. You will be extremely organised and a confident communicator, able to efficiently monitor project timelines and report to senior stakeholders.
