As their portfolio grows, they’re now on the lookout for an ambitious Event Venue Sourcing Manager to join their vibrant, supportive team.

The Role

Due to continued growth and new business wins we are now looking for an Event Venue Sourcing Manager to join their growing events team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where, as the Event Venue Sourcing Manager you will get to flex your event management and sourcing skills, including:

• Sourcing and contacting top-tier venues globally
• Negotiating rates and securing the best contract terms
• Building and nurturing supplier relationships
• Maximising revenue through upselling opportunities
• Creating standout proposals that win business
• Organising venue visits and site inspections
• Booking travel and accommodation for project teams
• Managing budgets with precision
• Supporting on-site delivery when needed
• Jumping in with wider event support as required

The Candidate

You’ll ideally have previous experience as an Event Venue Sourcing Manager within an agency environment and be confident working on international corporate events. But more than that, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate, proactive, and ready to grow with a forward-thinking organisation.
