Job description

A great opportunity to join a fun loving boutique (but growing) agency and take the lead across a wide range of creative events!

The agency
They are a boutique agency with in house creative, video, production and event management who have built a fabulous reputation for delivering high end corporate conferences, launches and awards shows for some of the biggest brands out there.

Their relaxed and client centric approach gives this agency a very different feel to the typical "rough and tumble" of agency life. They know what they are doing, their clients trust them, and they all work together in a collaborative way for the most successful / creative outcomes.

This isn't a pure event logistics business, they do get involved in that side, but their real focus is creative production - how to create the most engaging and cutting edge solutions to communicate their clients message.

If you want creative events, a good environment, a place where you can make a difference and a place where you will be recognised a rewarded then it doesn't get much better.

The role
With new clients coming on board through reputation, and existing clients growing, there is now the opportunity for an experienced Event Account Manager to join their team and take the lead on some of the agencies larger accounts.

This role isn't pure client management though, you'll also be involved in the direct management and delivery of your clients events. You will have the autonomy and support to use your experience to its fullest.

In a boutique agency with a broad role the responsibilities are wide ranging, but generally include:

- Taking the client brief
- Briefing internal teams (Creative, production, digital etc)
- Co-ordinating the proposal
- Central point of client contact
- Budget management
- Planning the event schedule
- Supplier selection and management
- On site management

The candidate
The ideal candidate needs to have experience within an events / production agency where they have managed their own projects (corporate events) from brief to onsite. In return they offer the chance to join a fabulous team environment where you will be given the freedom to deliver some fantastic events and play a key role as they grow further.
