As a long established, family run business, this successful agency offers an incredible culture and supportive environment for their teams to thrive within. With ongoing growth they are now looking for an Events Production Assistant to join their busy team!

THE ROLE

As Events Production Assistant you will work closely with the Event Producers to support delivery across their full portfolio of projects. Responsibilities will include:

-Assisting with event planning from initial stages through to delivery
-Providing administrative support throughout
-Playing a key role in the creative process at pitching stage
-Preparing and updating event schedules
-Working with external suppliers to organise requirements
-Liaising with hire crews for staffing purposes
-Coordinating logistics for cast and crew
-Attending events onsite to support with live event delivery
-Supporting with production budgets

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for self-starters with a proven passion and ambition to develop a career within the events sector. Any experience working within the creative events sector would be very beneficial - this could come from a graduate position or potentially from an industry placement as part of an events based degree. It is essential that candidates are highly organised with strong attention to detail.
