THE COMPANY
A fantastic production company who deliver high spec and complex technical solutions for conferences, exhibitions, virtual / live events and permanent installations.

They are renowned for creating immersive and interactive experiences for their clients through cutting edge technology. Working with a variety of clients from blue chip organisations and agencies through to charities, they deliver a wide variety of production solutions across the globe.

THE ROLE
Due to ongoing success they are now looking to appoint a self-motivated professional to come on board and manage a range of corporate events spanning across virtual, live and hybrid.

Joining the company as a crucial member of the team, you will be working across the broad range of services and have responsibility spanning across:

  • Technically specifying jobs
  • Liaising with clients
  • Taking the lead on technical aspects of large scale events, advising what is possible and finding solutions
  • Rigging and operating kit and equipment for live and virtual events
  • Keeping up to date with the latest platforms and trends
  • Overseeing the technical delivery across multiple events
  • Significant knowledge of AV including lighting, audio/video output, rigging and power
  • Managing timelines, budgets and prioritising tasks
  • Attending events on-site
  • Managing a team

THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have a proven background of technical project management ideally gained from working within an AV company or production agency, although other backgrounds may be considered. Candidates must have some exposure to virtual events and the kit and equipment necessary to operate and run virtual events successfully. Previous experience with VMix or similar platforms would be highly beneficial, as well as solid knowledge of IT. You will ideally be client facing and be comfortable working with a wide range of people and projects. Line management experience would be an added benefit but is not essential.
