Working across a wide range of experiential projects (for a truly iconic brand) this role is broad, covering project delivery, managing a team and cultivating an already flourishing client relationship. Big role, big client, great agency.
With such a broad remit this Account Director will be able to shape their own role, focusing on the areas they want to, including:
- Deepening the client relationship
- Overseeing delivery across the account
- Managing and mentoring a team
- Understanding the brand and shaping the agency response to each brief
- Managing the overarching budget and profitability
- Ensuring delivery is flawless
This is a fast paced role working in a highly regarded agency, so you'll need prior agency experience delivering a wide range of experiential projects. Leadership qualities are a big must, as is being able to nurture long term client relationships.
