THE AGENCY

An established and growing events, experiential and brand activation agency, with a European HQ, this agency works with some amazing brands in the FMCG, alcohol, sports and technology sectors to deliver a huge range of integrated campaigns and events. With a focus on winning the hearts and minds of business and consumer audiences they use the power of live experiences to deliver outstanding experiences for their clients' global brands!
With solid and well established client relationships they are regularly nominated for different industry awards and offer a full service with their in-house departments including creative, studio, experiential and events as well as digital and social. From festival activations, to brand partnerships and fan zones at sporting events - this is one of the most forward thinking agencies out there!
THE ROLE

With new and exciting growth within the portfolio of their London office, they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. You will ideally have experience of working in a similar experiential agency, with experience of leading large brand activation, production build, experiential or sampling projects. A broad role responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Account Directors on a range of projects
  • Working with the client at the initial brief stage
  • Coming up with new and innovative ideas for events to incorporate into proposals
  • Building and developing client relationships
  • End to end management of both live and virtual events including managing production elements
  • Working with internal teams and external suppliers and agencies
  • Regularly updating clients with progress and project reports
  • Budget management and cost negotiations

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should ideally be working at an events or experiential agency at Account Manager level. A proven background of managing a variety of live events / brand experience projects from end to end is essential as it the ability to manage client relationships and accounts. Exposure to running virtual events and experience of platforms including Hopin and Zoom would be preferred. The agency are looking for someone who always puts quality first, is an expert at juggling multiple deadlines as well as possessing communication and relationship development skills that are second to none.
