In this busy role you will spearhead operations within the business and play a pivotal part in ensuring their events are catered to without a hitch through logistical planning, scheduling & time sensitive route planning / delivery.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Driver route planning
  • Scheduling and organising time sensitive deliveries of people, props & equipment
  • Streamlining operations for the business
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Logistics tracking
  • Implementing H&S processes


To be considered for this position you will be a confident communicator with the ability to plan complex routes, create & adhere to time sensitive scheduling and build rapport with suppliers in order to supply to major events. Experience of the events market is highly desirable.
