THE ROLE

Due to continued success and increased business wins there is now an exciting opportunity to join the rapidly growing Production division. Joining at an exciting time of expansion for the business you will take the lead on projects from pitch through to delivery, being involved in all aspects including:

Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business
Maintain and develop client relationships
Developing creative ideas for event format and agendas including how to make the event more interactive
Attending site visits
Assisting with proposals and pitches for business
Liaising with internal teams including creative, production, design and digital
Work collaboratively with assigned project teams across disciplines
Create detailed onsite schedules for all activities
Ensure compliance and documentation across projects
Developing engaging content and messaging
Working closely with technical teams and suppliers to facilitate AV and staging (including presentation flow / lighting / video)
Supplier negotiation and management
Client and stakeholder management
Onsite management
Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have a range of experience within a creative event production setting. You will have handled mid to large scale projects and know how to get the very best value for your clients. With the expertise to fully understand a client's brief and turn it into something spectacular you will also be adept at client management and be able to manage multiple projects at one time. An understanding of production and how this fits into and adds value to a project is key! Candidates must be open to both UK and international travel as you will be required to go onsite for the events.
