This creative powerhouse is now looking for a Producer/ Project Manager to work closely with the in house studio to play a key role across all accounts. Their Buckinghamshire office is the heart of all things creative and is commutable from Oxford, Luton, Bedford and Northampton. With an outstanding reputation, considerable agency growth and an experienced team, the progression opportunities are endless.
THE ROLE
Working across two of their largest accounts, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Producer to make their mark across the experienced studio. This candidate will be heavily involved in the management and set up of photo shoots.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Generating and crafting initial ideas
- Managing and negotiating with suppliers
- Managing photo shoots, illustrators and set designers
- Liaising with agencies that source photo shoot locations
- Working closely with the Creative Director
- Managing the budgets and timelines
- Proofing and potentially editing artwork
THE CANDIDATE
Key attributes of this candidate include:
- Proven experience working alongside a creative team
- Previous experience in a Project Management or photo shoot management
- A creative eye and experience in retouching would be a bonus
- Driven, ambitious and natural leadership
