The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, supporting in the administration and scheduling of physical builds within an events environment.

THE ROLE
You will be working closely with internal teams, to ensure projects are executed to the highest of standards.
You will also be responsible for:
- Dealing with internal requests and emails
- Sourcing and purchasing of equipment, props & materials
- Supporting Production Managers with quoting/pricing
- Scheduling event installs
- Scheduling crew for installations
- Scheduling couriers and deliveries/collections
- Booking crew travel & accommodation
THE CANDIDATE
