THE COMPANY

This specialist event agency are renowned for organising and delivering a range of luxurious private parties and high end corporate events across the UK. Working with high net-worth clients and global brands across sectors including tech and finance, they run a busy calendar of events across the year.

Having made the shift to virtual last year they have seen a huge volume of new business and well as additional work from retained accounts. With the virtual work mostly being centred around internal comms events for their corporate clients they are also seeing the return of live events across the private sector.

THE ROLE

Due to the development of virtual events and continued business wins they are now looking for a Production Co-ordinator to come on board and support with the delivery of a range of virtual and live events, from internal conferences and webinars to celebratory events

Key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the delivery of technical production elements on live and virtual events
* Ensure installations, operations and de-rigs happen effectively
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
* Working closely with internal teams
* Creating accurate equipment lists
* Ensuring on-site Health and Safety is maintained in line with onsite working policies and best practice
* Administration duties
* Onsite support

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have production knowledge including lighting, sound and AV knowledge and ideally have a proven experience of working across these elements in a live or virtual event setting. Any exposure to vMix software programming and / or experiencing using WYSIWYG CAD platform would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Please note candidates must be able to drive and hold a valid licence and be willing to work onsite.
