Working on a broad range of events such as conferences, exhibitions and festivals within a huge variety of sectors, these can include complex projects with large scale budgets.

Culture is everything for this team and they are looking for a great communicator who has the ability to work closely with other internal departments and offer support when needed.

THE ROLE

Due to internal growth, this agency are now looking for a Production Manager to join their existing team, working out of their Edinburgh office. The responsibilities of this position will include;

*Taking briefs from clients/ internal Sales Team
*Controlling and reconciling budgets
*Managing the production planning of events
*Preparing technical specifications
*Conducting site visits
*Guiding and advising clients on their requirements
*Working to tight deadlines
*Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
*Adhering to health and safety regulations
*Continuing to manage the event on site, overseeing a team of contractors

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar technical environment as a Production Manager. You will also have experience of taking client briefs and understanding the requirements of clients as well as having the knowledge of producing technical specifications.
