THE ROLE

Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing business they are now looking for a Production Manager to join their dedicated and passionate team. Working on a range of UK and international projects this is a broad role with responsibilities including:

• Working across a range of projects
• Taking ownership of the production of projects from start to finish
• Bringing visions to life and inputting creative ideas
• Advising on technologies to enhance events
• Supporting on feasibility research and pitches
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Liaising with suppliers and managing communications
• Overseeing and managing project timelines and scheduling
• Client management and communication
• Ensuring H&S and risk management across projects
• Budget management and reconciliation
• On site management including management of suppliers and freelancers

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must be client facing and have broad knowledge and experience across event production - managing the production delivery across a wide range of events! Ideally candidates should come from a production / events agency but other backgrounds will be considered. Experience of managing and dealing with suppliers is essential and any exposure to working on creative conferences and / or exhibition design and build projects would be an added benefit! Client facing technical project managers from a supply company moving across would also be considered!
