Working across multiple sectors including automotive, financial services and telecommunications to name a few they deliver a broad range of events including incentives, press launches and conferences both across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

Due to their continued success and a busy few months coming up, they are now looking to take on a Project Administrator.

A broad role of responsibilities will include:

*Supporting across the department with all areas of registration
*Client management and liaison
*Liaising with internal teams
*Delegate management including liaising with delegates and dealing with enquires
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers and delegates
*Using and updating CRM systems
*Creating and updating registration websites
*Onsite management including onsite registration

THE CANDIDATE

In order to be considered for the Event Executive role, you must be efficient in the use of CRM systems and ideally have experience liaising with and registering delegates. Most importantly you will have a passion for events and possess excellent communication and customer service skills, allowing you to confidently manage delegates and deal with queries. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal with a high volume of projects is a must!
