THE ROLE
Due to their continued success, they are now on the look for a Project Coordinator to come on board and become a crucial member of their team!
Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Project Managers and Producers, working across multiple projects
* Liaising with internal teams
* Supporting in event planning end to end
* Client liaison
* Supplier and third party liaison
* General office administration
* Arranging invoices and contracts
* Budget management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in providing general event administration with the knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel being highly desirable.
Candidates must be able to communicate well and be confident client facing. By being involved in such as fast paced industry you need to be seen as a team player and have strong organisational skills. Experience of liaising with teams including creative and production would be ideal but most of all, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about events!
