THE ROLE

As a Project Executive, within this role you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of key event projects for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring that they are on time and within budget with responsibilities such as:

-Supporting the delivery of key event projects to the highest standard
-Supporting with event proposals and budgets
-Acting as a key contact for the client
-Managing the delegate registration process
-Managing project inboxes
-Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
-Ensure the smooth running of events on-site
-Managing smaller event projects from brief to delivery

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates that have experience supporting end-to-end corporate events, with a preference for those with an agency and/or pharmaceutical event delivery background. The ideal candidate will have fantastic attention to detail, be able to work in a collaborative environment and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work within agreed deadlines.
