With a strong existing client base they offer a distinctive and personal approach to the clients they partner with to deliver memorable and effective events both within the UK and internationally. Focusing mainly on the automotive sector they boast an impressive client base and pride themselves on their long standing relationships with their clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading brands where you will manage a diverse range of projects.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and a busy events calendar they are now looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead across a wide range of events. Working as part of a close knit team this is a broad role with responsibilities including:

Taking briefs
Creating proposals
Client management and communication
End to end event management
Sourcing venues, including effective negotiation and contract details
Selecting and managing suppliers
Communicating with internal teams to ensure project briefs are followed accurately
Delivering full event logistics including delegate registration
Managing and reconciling multi-currency budgets
Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have agency experience and have a proven background of delivering events from concept to completion, including full budget reconciliation. Exposure to a broad range of events would be highly beneficial however we are looking for candidates who are naturally innovative and have the creative flair to think outside the box, making each event as unique as the last! Any exposure to the automotive industry would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
