Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, flexible hours, flexible days. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant to join a team-orientated, socially conscious and award-winning recruitment agency in the creative events industry.

Home working: Our rather fabulous offices are open all week to every team member, but generally we work from home 3 days a week. We're a fab team who see the value in being together regularly, so you'd need to be able to commute to our Birmingham office (Colmore Row) on 2 set days a week.

Holidays: 26 days holiday (plus more each year) + bank holidays + the option to take another 3 unpaid. Not bad we think..

The role
Working with all of our team members you will be speaking to a wide range of candidates from the events industry, from entry-level candidates looking for the first step in their career through to Director level. Through conducting extensive Zoom / Teams and telephone interviews you'll spend the time to understand their experience in detail and how we can help them meet their career aspirations.
 
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Proactively approaching talent through LinkedIn / CV databases / our CRM
- Responding to new candidate registrations
- Interviewing candidates to assess their skills and experience
- Writing up interview notes and updating our CRM
- Pro-actively promoting those candidates internally


What do we look for?
First it’s about chemistry, we have a tight team so you’ll need to be a people person who can enjoy (and add to) our friendly and supportive culture.

Second is experience. For this role candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience as either a Consultant or Resourcer working within a recruitment agency, preferably within professional services.

We are open to candidates who are looking for reduced daily hours or 4 days a week.
