THE ROLE

There is now a unique opportunity for a Resource Manager to join the film department where you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of internal and external resource, maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of resourcing live projects.

Working closely with the team, the Resource Manager will:

• Managing multiple shoots both in the UK and internationally
  Booking post-production and animation
  Hiring and negotiating with freelancers and contractors
  Managing client budgets for projects
  Liaising with the wider film team on multiple projects
  Managing production schedules for both small and large projects
  Appraising ongoing projects ensuring they have enough resource for successful completion

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience of creating and managing budgets as well as:

An impressive ability to problem solve and rectify issues before they snowball
Incredible confidence when it comes to negotiating with suppliers (personnel and resource)

Experience within the events industry, either from an event, design, film or production agency would be advantageous but not essential.

This role would suit a Producer, Project Manager or Production Manager who understands the agency environment and is now keen to move into a senior but more office based role where there would be minimal travel involved.
