Owing to the exceptional growth of their event series, this business are now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to take the lead in the sales process to meet and exceed sponsorship targets. Responsibilities will include:
* Selling sponsorship for allocated events
* Staying ahead of monthly tracking figures
* Building a large book of high level clients
* Generating own leads through competitor analysis
* Pitching to senior decision makers
* Cross selling across the event portfolio
* Liaising with internal teams
To be considered for this Senior Business Development Manager role you must come with experience in the B2B event sales industry, ideally within sponsorship / exhibition sales experience. Experience of forecasting sales performance and a track record of meeting targets is also required.
You will naturally be a people's person and have the ability to network and develop strong relationships.
