THE ROLE

As Senior As Delegate Manager you will be client facing and provide detailed delegate management across their full exciting events programme.

Managing and delivering all aspects of delegate logistics for projects, responsibilities include:

• Responding to client briefs with effective solutions
• Owning delegate management budgets
• Managing a team of 2 - 3 on a project by project basis
• Overseeing bookings
• Creating transfer manifests
• Briefing and leading Delegate Management team on-site
• Managing production of delegate packs
• Manage set-up onsite
• Overseeing post-event reports

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have proven experience of building and using registration tools and systems. As you will be working across large scale, complex events, the ideal candidate will need to have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills. Any experience of working across healthcare events would be beneficial.
