I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing full-service events agency delivering a wide range of creative and production-led projects for predominantly retail clients.

The role

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for delivering events end-to-end and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will take ownership of a range of corporate events from initial brief through to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end project management of corporate events
• Delivering events across conferences, dinners, awards and product launches
• Managing large-scale projects with high delegate numbers and budgets
• Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Attending events to oversee successful delivery

This role will involve predominantly UK-based travel, with occasional international requirements.

The Candidate

Candidates should have proven experience working within an events agency environment, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale events end-to-end.

You will be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside strong budget management experience and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
