The Company

This role is working for a multi-award-winning brand experience agency! They design and create unforgettable experiences from luxury workshops for huge fashion brands to campaigns for established corporate businesses. They really are the go to agency for clients who want to put on an unforgettable event! The team is made up of experienced evet professionals who have a combined skill set across all disciplines within events and need an Event Producer to join them on this exciting journey!

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Event Producer to join their growing events team. This role covers every element of Event Management for B2B & B2C events, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on site.

This is a broad role where the Senior Events Producer will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including; 

-          Taking the initial client brief

-          End to end project management

-          Delivering multiple projects simultaneously

-          Overseeing and producing high profile events

-          Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders

-          Managing& communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements

-          Adhering to health and safety regulations

-          Managing budgets and overseeing cost management

-          On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down [JW1]

Candidates will ideally have experience gained from an event agency and have tenacity and drive to create outstanding events. The Senior Event Producer will work with the senior leadership team, drawing inspiration from far and wide, keeping the client at the hear of what you are doing.
