Creating and producing a range of innovative and exciting events including conferences, roadshows, product launches, internal communication, dealer events and experiential projects, no two days will be the same!

THE ROLE

With continued success, growth within existing client accounts and new clients joining them - this is an exciting time to work within this growing agency. Due to the increase in business and growing client demand there is now an opportunity for a heavyweight Producer to join their team.

You will work alongside in-house teams including production and creative, and will take full responsibility from briefing stage through to on-site.

As an Executive Producer your key responsibilities will include;

Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business

Driving the overall creative response / strategic plans

Working on proposals and pitches

Acting as a central point of client contact (at all levels)

Building and nurturing client and stakeholder relationships

Working with all in-house teams including creative, production, digital and video

Managing content production across events, internal comms, video, film and digital

Coaching, advising and managing speakers

Working with presenters to ensure key strategic messages are delivered

Managing and reporting on budgets

On site management

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates that come with extensive experience as a Senior / Executive Producer that produces content for and running events on-site. We will consider candidates from production, events and experiential agencies as well as Conference Producers.

This is a very client-facing role and requires a deep understanding of the development of an event concept; production of the content whether it be film; animation; slide; live action or digital engagement tools. You must feel comfortable and have gravitas on advising CEO's / senior level clients and stakeholders on their presentation content and techniques.
