SENIOR EVENT PRODUCER - CREATIVE AGENCY

Deliver events for one of the coolest agencies out there who are on the tip of everyone's tongue in the world of food, live experiences and creative events!
THE COMPANY
One of a kind, this agency and creative studio offers cutting edge experiences including experiential events, design of high end parties with delectable catering, semi-permanent installations and full event production for a range of well know brands. Whilst starting the business from a niche beginning events are more and more becoming part of their portfolio along with immersive brand experiences. Clients range from hotels, drinks brands to corporate blue chips and more often than not their projects involve collaborations with other events and designers.
THE ROLE
As part of their ongoing growth plans, an exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Event Producer to work within the events team of producers, catering specialists and event managers as well as 3D designers. Reporting directly to the Head of Events, this role is critical to the execution and delivery of a range of unique events and experiences
The role of Senior Event Producer will include:
* Taking projects from concept to completion
* Working with the internal teams to come up with creative ideas for events
* Producing project timelines and forecasting costs
* Putting together creative catering options
* Updating clients on project progress
* Working with external suppliers to ensure that service levels are maintained
* Managing a team on a project basis
* On-site management for events and projects
* Owning and reconciling budgets up to £750k
THE CANDIDATE
You will be working in a creative live events agency (B2B or B2C) and be looking for something a bit different… With experience of working on projects involving some installation or structural elements you will be confident with complex events and semi permanent installations including costings and working with AV suppliers. Agency experience is a must and experience of working with or in catering would be a strong plus point. This agency offers a tight knit working ethos where highly creative, ambitious and smart individuals collaborate to produce some amazing work.
