THE COMPANY

With huge growth plans in place for 2019/2020, this agency is looking to expand their existing events team, working on projects on an international scale. Working in both the corporate and private events sectors, this agency offers an initial event conception, creative design, technical production and full logistics management to their clients within industries such as technology, finance and music.

Priding themselves on delivering exceptional live experiences, the types of projects they work on are varied and include conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, private weddings and promotional campaigns.

THE ROLE

Continuing with their growth plans, they are now looking for a senior level Event Producer Manager to join their team, working across a number of their projects.

The duties will include:

Managing and taking the lead on key projects with budgets of up to £750,000
Maintaining client relationships and communication
Pitching to clients and stakeholders
Leading and assisting with creative concepts and design
Working alongside designers, set-builders, carpenters and other creative players
Managing of event suppliers and crew
Knowledge in event build - set / staging / technical/ joinery
Planning and organising production schedules and all other relevant paperwork
Setting and managing project timelines through different departments
Continuing to lead onsite
Event debrief & evaluation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an event production agency/ environment working on mid-senior level projects. The ability to use design software CAD or Sketch up is desirable but no essential. This agency is looking for someone who is a great communicator, can build strong working relationships with clients and has the ability to display a tenacious and driven attitude towards their work.
