An established multi-disciplined creative agency with both a London and US office; this agency works with some amazing brands predominately in the gaming, automotive and technology sectors. THE ROLE
As they continue to expand their team they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to come on board and lead the profitable delivery of a broad range of event projects. Key responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the central point of contact pulling each project together
• Working closely with clients to understand the brief
• Preparing proposals and pitching alongside Creative and Client Services
• Briefing internal departments including creative, production and technical
• Driving end to end project delivery including timelines and deadlines
• Organising external suppliers and event logistics
• Delivering events onsite
• Managing and delivering on project budgets
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering a broad variety of event projects (including exhibitions and experiential) preferably with large scale budgets. Experience must come from an event agency environment and candidates must have exceptional client facing skills alongside the ability to brief teams such as production, creative and technical.
