Due to on-going success there is now a unique opportunity for a talented Senior Festival Coordinator to come on board. Sitting within the events department, you will oversee a small team and have overall responsibility in overseeing all administration and planning required for each festival.

THE ROLE

As Senior Festival Coordinator, this role plays a key part into the success of each event. You must be highly organised and forward thinking, with the ability to develop and action new processes to continue success of each festival.

Your role will be varied with key responsibilities including:

• Facilitate the administration of new concepts

• Supplier management

• Co-ordinating with internal teams

• Accreditation

• Event staffing

• Managing subsistence

• Accommodation logistics

• Implementing ticketing systems

• Overseeing a team

• Budget management

• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates that have experience in delivering across large scale festivals or outdoor events. Candidates must be highly organised with the ability to facilitate multiple administrative projects at any one time. Experience of overseeing and leading teams would be highly desirable.

In return, you will become a key decision maker helping to drive and implement new ideas for each project, creating exceptional experiences.
