The Role
Due to growth, the company is now seeking a Senior Manager - Client & Guest Experiences to shape and lead its client hospitality strategy. This role will focus on creating and delivering first-class experiences for corporate clients, VIP guests, and key stakeholders.
You'll act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, oversee premium hospitality programmes, and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the wider client experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main contact for hospitality clients, managing key accounts and premium package holders.
- Designing and delivering exceptional client and guest experiences across the company's live event portfolio.
- Developing and executing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive commercial growth.
- Working alongside the Commercial Development team to sell and optimise hospitality packages.
- Identifying and securing new revenue opportunities, including upgrades and bespoke activations.
- Pitching creative hospitality and activation concepts to commercial partners.
- Monitoring industry trends to ensure the offering remains best-in-class.
- Leading the integration of technology and AI solutions to enhance client engagement.
- Managing event-day teams and supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery.
- Overseeing budgets and maximising profitability across all hospitality programmes.
The Candidate
We are looking for a strategic and commercially focused professional with a proven record in client experience and hospitality management.
Essential experience:
- 7+ years in a similar role, ideally within a leading sports rights holder, brand, or live entertainment organisation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing premium client programmes or hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Experience delivering high-quality on-site event experiences
- Commercially astute with a proactive and creative mindset
Desirable:
Experience delivering major client engagement or hospitality programmes for B2B audiences
