THE COMPANY

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well renowned production agency that operate across some of London's largest and most popular venues - delivering some of the most creative and complex experiential events, conferences, product launches, fashion shows and concerts.

Due to the development of a brand new project based exclusively at one of their leading venues, they are now on the lookout for a talented Senior Production Manager to join their team. THE ROLE

As Senior Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the extensive existing in-house technical infrastructure for a brand new concept as well as a broad range of corporate and private hire events.

-Dealing with new enquiries and creating bespoke quotes and technical specifications
-Being the key point of contact for the client on the new event concept
-Overseeing the full technical production delivery across the venue
-Managing client contact throughout
-Preparing creative technical solutions
-Writing up RAMS and managing health safety
-Overseeing kit maintenance and management
-Holding responsibility for logistics, kit and crew for each project
-Managing event budgets and reconciliation
-Managing a team of technicians and sub-contractors

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates need to be confident client facing and have a broad knowledge and experience across event production - candidates with either a technical bias or event build/structure bias will be considered however knowledge across both would be of most benefit. Knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial, as are strong communication skills. Agency and large scale venue backgrounds would be preferred however candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered. We are looking for senior level individuals with experience managing teams.
