THE ROLE

Due to continued success and repeat business from their large client base, they are now looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team, to support in the delivery of projects, both on site and pre event.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Supporting the wider team across a range of events
Managing event budgets, for both breakout sessions and sections of larger projects
Liaising closely with creative teams
Preparing project plans and schedules
Booking travel and accommodation for crew and project teams
Working closely with the technical team to create crew documentation
Negotiating with external suppliers and comparing quotes
Liaising with logistic, film, animation & digital teams
Travelling on site, as part of the delivery team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a number of years' experience in an events environment, and will be performing a Project Coordinator/Event Coordinator role with experience of managing small event budgets for sections of larger events (i.e. breakout sessions). Experience of liaising with suppliers and managing logistics would be ideal. Experience of working in an agency would be highly desirable but other backgrounds will be considered.
