THE COMPANY

Our client are a global brand experience agency with in-house strategy, creative, digital, event services, production, technical production and sponsorship! As a business they create and deliver solutions for the audiences, brand and stakeholders, meeting client's business goals in the most effective way - both in-person and digitally.

Working with a range of clients including IT, tech and sporting, they produce anything from product launches, experiential activations, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, activations as well as content creation, brand films and digital experience.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to come on board and take the lead on a broad portfolio of events. Initially focusing on a large UK based exhibition other work will include global conferences and incentives. A broad role responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Account Directors to understand event objectives
• End to end project management of large scale complex events and exhibitions
• Overseeing delivery and managing project teams
• Internal and external resource management
• Supplier management and liaison
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and on brief
• Project costing, budget management and reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must have a strong event delivery background ideally gained from working within an agency environment. Excellent logistical management skills are key, and ideally candidates should have past experience in delivering large scale exhibitions. Strong client facing skills as well as budget management skills are essential and experience of leading and managing project teams would be highly desirable.
