THE ROLE
As an Event Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you'll take the reins of their largest and most esteemed automotive clients, leading projects from inception to triumphant completion.
Your exhilarating responsibilities will include:
• Orchestrating events from concept to execution with meticulous attention to detail.
• Crafting compelling proposals and delivering captivating pitches.
• Shaping remarkable content development strategies.
• Skillfully negotiating and liaising with venues and suppliers.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve seamless integration.
• Managing end-to-end delegate registration and logistics.
• Precisely preparing and reconciling budgets.
• Overseeing the flawless delivery of events onsite.
• Building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
THE CANDIDATE
To thrive in this role, you must possess a proven track record of delivering a diverse range of events, ideally gained within an agency environment. Your ability to collaborate effectively with production and creative teams will set you apart (although candidates from other backgrounds will be considered).
Essential requirements include:
• Adeptly managing multiple suppliers and budgets.
• Exemplary organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in automotive event management (desirable, but not essential).
