Due to their commitment, they have established a fantastic client base, working predominately within the IT and sporting sector's. Their events can vary from creative sales meetings, conferences and exhibitions through to fashion shows, product launches and employee engagement across the globe.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Registration Manager to join their team. You will be accountable for the registration delivery of events from brief to delivery.

THE ROLE

As Senior Registration Manager, you will be accountable for:

Relationships with registration technology providers
Working closely with Account Directors to create project plans
Producing bespoke registration solutions based on client requirements
Ensuring correct project documentation is up to date and accurate
Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Negotiating and examine contracts with suppliers
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time
Performing post event analysis to seek improvement
Managing a small team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, managing the delegate process of an event end to end. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator.
