An events agency who manage large-scale meetings, conferences, product launches and incentive trips globally. They have a wide range of clients across various sectors, from auto to pharmaceutical and create a customised approach to their events that deliver excellent results.
THE ROLE
This events agency are now looking for a Senior Venue Sourcing Specialist to join the team delivering all venue sourcing requirements for a range of clients internationally.
As part of the venue sourcing team you will be responsible for;
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will have previous events experience specifically within venue sourcing. Language skills are also desirable but not essential and you will have excellent knowledge of UK and international venues.

This events agency are now looking for a Senior Venue Sourcing Specialist to join the team delivering all venue sourcing requirements for a range of clients internationally.
As part of the venue sourcing team you will be responsible for;
- Sourcing and contacting suitable venues to check availability
- Negotiating rates and contracts
- Building relationships with preferred suppliers
- Maximise client revenue through up selling where possible
- Producing detailed proposals
- Coordinating venue visits
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Working to budgets
- On-site delivery assistance where necessary
- Other ad hoc event duties
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will have previous events experience specifically within venue sourcing. Language skills are also desirable but not essential and you will have excellent knowledge of UK and international venues.
