THE ROLE

Due to a continued increase in business they are now looking for an Event Executive to join their live events and activation team! Working across one of their main accounts you will be overseeing a variety of deliverables around their global motorsport and football partnerships events including VIP hospitality, track days, driving experiences and fan activations to name a few. A broad role responsibilities will include:

• Supporting across a wide range of live activations, events & guest programmes
• Supporting across all guest communication, ticketing, invitations and delegate management
• Creating and delivering complex guest programmes
• Overseeing communications with local markets and providing support around and their local activations
• Staying abreast of new activation ideas and new innovative technology
• Keeping up to date on all digital activity across the account and ensuring integration into live event plans
• Working with external suppliers, including negotiating and reviewing contracts
• Communicating project deliverables & timelines
• Building relationships with stakeholders
• Supporting with budgets and cost negotiations
• Onsite management when required, including managing teams onsite

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal applicant should ideally have some experience of delegate / guest management and registration, ideally gained from an agency although other backgrounds will be considered. Experience of VIP hospitality or sponsorship management would also be beneficial as would any experience of working within the motorsport or football sector.
