THE ROLE

You will be managing a team of sales professionals as well as managing strategy, targets, turnover and margins for the business as a whole.

You will also be responsible for:

• Managing and developing key accounts (both new and existing)
• Attending new business meetings
• Managing personal targets
• Monitoring all tender proposals & submissons
• Generating new leads
• Leading sales & strategy meetings
• Mentoring and training sales teams

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in thought leadership, managing people & targets, strategy planning and relationship development - which MUST have been attained from the events industry.
