THE COMPANY
An integrated events agency delivering impactful production, technical support, set build and creative design services to a broad range of clients. Amongst their production capabilities this events agency also offer video, digital and further design services to their well-established client base.
Working with a mixture of end clients and agencies the events that they deliver are broad and range from small conferences to a full production of an awards ceremony for 2000 guests, to multi-location road shows and experiential events; working both in the UK and Internationally.
THE ROLE
We are now looking for a Technical Production Manager and a Junior Technical Production Manager to join the team. Both roles will support the projects team to deliver the production aspects of each event.
Key responsibilities include:
THE CANDIDATE
For the more senior position you will have experience in delivering production projects as well as CAD skills and broad knowledge across all AV disciplines.
The successful applicant for the junior role will be supported in all elements of their role and training will be provided where necessary however you must have 2-3 years’ experience within the events sector with a basic understanding of AV disciplines.

- Receiving and interpreting client briefs
- Providing quotes/proposals
- Coordinating all technical aspects
- Briefing onsite crew and freelancers
- Budget management
- Overseeing job prep internally
- Preparing technical plans including CAD plans
- Creating crewing and equipment lists
- Conducting site visits
