ceremonies and fan zones through to conferences and dinners. The team handles everything in-house, which means real
collaboration across technical disciplines and a portfolio that covers the full spectrum of live, hybrid and virtual formats. The AV
Event Project Manager here gets stuck in across the whole project lifecycle.
The Role
As AV Event Project Manager you will take ownership of projects end to end, sitting at the centre of client relationships, preproduction planning and on-site delivery for a range of events across the UK and Europe.
- Preparing and managing quotes for live, hybrid and virtual projects
- Leading client meetings, site visits and presentations
- Managing the full pre-production process to deadline and budget
- Coordinating crew, staff and equipment across multiple projects
- Supporting show operation, rigging and de-rig where required
The Candidate
The right AV Event Project Manager will have a solid background in project management or senior technical delivery within a
large AV company or direct competitor, bringing hands-on knowledge of AV equipment and the events industry. You will be
confident working to Vectorworks for CAD work, hold a full UK driving licence, and be comfortable leading client conversations and site visits independently.
Experience in site surveys, show operation or rigging is beneficial but not essential, as is a track record of client-facing presentations. Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills matter as much as technical knowledge here.
