Utilise your client facing capabilities and join a high profile events venue in London
THE COMPANY
An exciting opportunity has developed to join a leading technical production company who deliver exceptional events including conferences, product launches, gala dinners through to large scale music and intimate meetings.
Due to continued success and growth they are now looking for a Venue Account Manager to join their in-house team at a renowned London venue. You will be responsible for being key point of client contact from initial enquiry, developing solutions through to delivery alongside overseeing an experienced team.
THE ROLE
As Venue Account Manger, you must have the ability to develop long standing relationships and maximise business opportunities with new and existing client accounts. You will also ensure that each event exceeds the client's expectations through working closely with internal teams.
Duties include;
Client liaison and building relationships
Acting as main point of contact and providing excellent customer service
Cross selling and upselling services
Engaging with internal departments and external suppliers
Team management
Overseeing event delivery
Budget management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will need to have venue experience alongside excellent client facing skills, sales capabilities as well as the ability to guide clients through events from start to finish. Line management experience would be advantageous.
