There is now the exciting opportunity for a talented Venue Finder to join their team - delivering all venue sourcing requirements for a range of clients internationally.
You will be involved in a wide range of areas including:
* Taking on and developing briefs
* Preparing proposals
* Venue sourcing across the UK and internationally
* Liaising with clients and maintaining relationships
* Supplier and venue liaison and negotiation
* Accurately tracking proposals
* Providing costing information to various internal teams
* Provide administrative support to the sales team
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in venue sourcing, ideally from within an agency and will have knowledge of international locations and venues.
