THE ROLE

With business flourishing, they are now looking for a Venue Finder and are open to all levels, whether you have good knowledge of venues and want to work within an events agency or if you have years' worth of experience and want to continue within a creative events agency!

Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with clients and being part of the brief taking process
• Sourcing venues in the UK and overseas
• Working to tight deadlines and to a fast pace
• Putting together venue proposals with multiple options
• Attending FAM trips in the UK and occasionally internationally
• Cross selling and upselling on opportunities
• Building on client relationships
• Attending events to grow the business
• Promoting the business across all social media channels

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a very enthusiastic personality and be willing to work closely with the events team - they are open to candidates at all levels. With the expertise to fully understand a client's brief and turn it into something spectacular, you will also be adept at client management and be able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
