RMG15686 - We are looking for a Venue Account Manager to join a growing technical production company, and play a lead role within one of their key high-end hotels in central London!

Working with end clients as well as having venue partnerships, this company provide the full technical / AV services across the events industry.

THE ROLE

Due to a number of new business wins, they are looking for a Venue Account Manager to join their team and play a lead role in a high-end central London hotel.

In this client-facing position you will be responsible for liaising directly with clients and agencies, carrying out show rounds, creating event concepts and ideas and preparing proposals for a wide range of events. You will liaise with the in-house Venue Technical Manager to manage the technical production of the event.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Liaison with clients an building strong relationships

  • Attending client meetings and show rounds.

  • Preparing proposals

  • Producing technical specifications and producing quotations

  • Cross-selling and up-selling services

  • Briefing internal technical teams

  • Creating 2D floor plans and set designs

  • Managing and reporting on budgets

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Venue Account Manager role we are looking for candidates that have experience as a Venue Manager, Sales Manager, or Project Manager within the events industry. To be considered you must have excellent people skills and a solid understanding of AV, lighting, sound, staging and rigging and work with the company to promote and develop the brand.
