The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual eager to take their first step into the events industry as a Production Co-ordinator. This varied and rewarding position is at the heart of our business, combining hands-on warehouse management with production coordination responsibilities.

As a Production Co-ordinator, you will play an active role in both the preparation and execution of events, supporting our Project Management team. This will involve using your organisational and proactive skills for every element of production coordination and event delivery, including:

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including stock control, goods in/out, and logistics planning
  • Managing equipment preparation, testing, packing, and return for each event
  • Using asset management systems to track and record inventory accurately
  • Liaising closely with Project Managers and Technicians to fulfil all production requirements
  • Supporting the Production team with planning documentation like kit lists and delivery schedules
  • Assisting with event logistics, including vehicle loading, deliveries, and on-site set-up and de-rig when required
  • Maintaining and enforcing health and safety, manual handling, and warehouse organisation standards
  • Participating in live event delivery, gaining experience in technical production and supporting crew on-site

The Candidate

Most importantly, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Full clean driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience handling AV, lighting, or staging equipment
  • PAT testing or technical maintenance skills
  • Experience managing vehicle fleets or logistics planning
  • Knowledge of event venue operations and site delivery requirements
